Why should I sweat?

Using the sauna is a great way to increase your health and wellness. By increasing circulation you will achieve increased athletic performance, pain relief, stress reduction, boost immunity, increase weight loss and get beautiful skin!

Who should not use the sauna?

The only people that should not sweat are pregnant women, those with pacemakers or those affected by lupus. Always consult your doctor prior to sweating if you suffer from any chronic ailments.

What about showers?

Your private sauna room has a beautiful en suite where you can freshen up and shower if you wish. Towels provided.

How often should I sweat?

It is safe to sweat daily but totally up to you and your wellness goals and how your body is feeling. Many people sweat 1-3 times a week.

May I bring a friend?

Yes! Our sauna studio fits up to 3 people.

What should I wear?

We recommend swimwear, shorts or loose clothing. We will provide a towel for you to sit on during your sauna.
